Join us for this short lunchtime session, where we practice breath awareness and mantra meditation. This group is open for beginners or experienced meditators looking for a moment to focus and reset together with like-minded peers.
This group is led by Juliana Lottmann, an experienced, local meditation teacher, certified in a broad range of techniques.
