ROUND 1: BLIND TRUST CHALLENGE
This round focuses on trust, coordination, and clarity of communication. Teams must rely purely on verbal instructions to guide a blindfolded participant toward the correct object within a limited time. It emphasizes listening skills, teamwork, and calm decision-making under pressure, while strictly prohibiting physical assistance or gestures.
ROUND 2: WORD WITHOUT NAME
This round evaluates verbal communication, creativity, vocabulary, and logical explanation. A single participant must describe a given object without naming it or using gestures, while the rest of the team guesses correctly within the time limit. The challenge lies in delivering clear, meaningful explanations using only words.
ROUND 3: BOARDROOM BUDGET STRATEGY
The final round simulates a real-world organizational and HR decision-making scenario. Acting as a management and HR panel, teams must allocate a limited budget while balancing rewards, employee welfare, training needs, and cost control. The round assesses ethical judgment, logical reasoning, teamwork, leadership, and strategic HR thinking
