About this Event
Mindfulness - being aware of what's happening and how we are relating to it - can unlock joy and gratitude amidst the ups and downs of the day to day, Sunday Scaries included.
Join us or a mindful pause before we tear through our Sundays like maniacs for mindful sharing, a brief guided mindfulness meditation, and a chance to connect with like minded humans. And, yes, coffee.
No experience with meditation or mindfulness required.
This class is offered freely . I am taken care of financially by my day job, so 100% of any donation or venmo (@alex-snider) will go to the National Alliance on Mental Illness. You can give directly too: www.nami.org. Suggested $10-$15.
