Are you looking for a moment of calm in your week? This session is for you.
Join us for a relaxed craft session for adults (18 years and above). We will begin the session with some mindful breathing, creating a moment of calm for us all, leaving behind the week that has just gone.
Participants are encouraged to bring along their own notebook for some creative doodling, use of watercolour paint or jounaling, an unlined or dotted one would be advised. If you don't have this to hand on the day, you will be able to create your own drawings using the materials we have.
Participants may also bring their own craft projects such as knitting, crotchet or embroidery, to work on during the session. There will also be colouring in sheets to create mindful designs.
These sessions will be charged at £5, to cover the costs of materials and refreshments and limited to 10 people per month.
