Mindful Self-Compassion Workshop

EVENT DESCRIPTION:

Let us reconnect with ourselves and gently bring healing to our hearts. We will gather in a circle for meditation, accompanied by the Dalai Lama’s songs on compassion. A short teaching on self-compassion will be shared, followed by guided compassionate touch practices.

We'll finish with "Just Rose" tea from tea monk, Kursten Brewer's ceremonial grade teas.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:

Mudra Love is from Kathmandu, Nepal. She was introduced to meditation by her father, a former Buddhist monk. Over time, she has deepened her practice and understanding through training in programs such as Mindfulness Meditation with Jon Kabat-Zinn, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC).

Today, she shares a range of practices, including meditation, breathwork, self-compassion, and mindful movement.
