Mindful Practice Workshop
The workshop will be interactive, including two guided mindfulness meditations that we will be reflecting on and discussing. I provide lots of information and practical tools for living a more mindful life and reducing stress! The intention of the workshop is to provide an introduction to mindfulness with opportunities to practice and ask questions. I teach from the MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) perspective.
The workshop will be hosted on Zoom. Since we will all be interacting, I ask that your video remain on during the workshop to foster community and sharing.
