About this Event
Join ZiZi Hassan for a one-hour workshop designed to help individuals reset their minds, regulate their nervous systems, and build practical tools for resilience—without the need for mats or prior experience.
This workshop is intentionally designed to meet individuals where they are, making it accessible for all levels. It is especially impactful for youth, athletes, and community members seeking tools for stress management, emotional regulation, and improved focus.
Blending guided mobility, mindfulness, intentional breathwork, and sound bowl meditation, this session delivers a powerful, accessible approach to stress management and overall well-being.
Participants will be guided through simple, standing and seated mobility exercises to release tension, improve circulation, and increase body awareness. The session then transitions into structured breathwork techniques designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and enhance focus. The experience concludes with an immersive sound bowl meditation, allowing participants to deeply relax, reset, and integrate the session.
