Catherine is a passionate intuitive artist who loves being inspired by nature’s spirit and colours. Specialising in meditative art workshops, with a deep understanding of the therapeutic power of art and creativity, Catherine always invites participants to explore their inner worlds through art, rhythm and meditation.
Following our mindful walk, Catherine will guide you in the making of a powerful cooperative nature mandala. Creating mandalas is very soothing and relaxing and is a restorative practice. The mandala is a symbol of the universe and provides a nurturing feeling of wholeness, giving a sense of belonging and always bringing joy.
