We will gather at The Lake House in Lake Breeze to celebrate the Full Moon in Sagittarius.

What to bring/wear:
An offering for the mandala, such as flowers, crystals, leaves, feathers, twigs, shells - whatever you feel drawn to.
Wear comfortable loose clothing and bring a pen + journal to scribe any experiences or insights you would like to read later.
You may also wish to bring an eye pillow or scarf and warm socks so you can be extra comfortable.
About Rachel:
In 2014, Rachel went to Australia, travelling in a campervan . After many adventures, she settled in Sydney working in Corporate Marketing. Feeling uninspired and something missing in her life; Rachel craved for a connection, a purpose, a deeper meaning to life.
This journey led her to embark on her Yoga Teacher Training at Sukha Mukha Yoga Studio and Super Sutra Sequencing Advanced Teacher Training, studying primarily Hatha Vinyasa Yoga under the teaching of Idit Hefer-Tamir, Katie Manitsas & Jasmine Tarkeshi.
Following this, she completed a Yin Yoga teaching led by Maryanne Edwards, Restorative Yoga training led by Idit Hefer-Tamir, Advanced Teacher Training + Mentoring and Moving from the Core with Donna Farhi.
Rachel has completed her level one, two and Master Reiki training with Jacqui Bushell and always aims to bring reiki healing into her classes, in Shavasana or longer held poses for relaxation and healing.
She has been running Full Moon Women's Circles for over 3 years now, and is in awe of the potency, power and connection at these events.
Rachel is now located in Kent, to prioritise spending time with family.
