Join us for our monthly ACCESSIBLE and super peaceful Community Sound Bath with crystal bowls, ocean drum, chimes and other soothing sounds to transporth you peacefully into the upcoming weekend!

This program provides adults with varying intellectual and developmental disabilities access to student led, personal-centered quality care and connection. We focus on accessible wellness and spiritual practices including regulation, present practices, somatics, energy healing, yoga therapy, meditation, creative movement, art and above all heart centered connection.
🙏🏽 No one will be turned away for lack of donation, just come for free!
