Welcome to Mindful Mums!
Please join us on Monday 13th April 2026 at 6:00 PM for our monthly meet up where all Mums/Mother figures are welcome. This month we will be discussing supporting Children and Young People with Tests and Exams
Tests and Exams can bring up a number of different emotions for children and young people. Some will thrive on the challenge, others it will come almost naturally, however for some it can be very stressful and anxiety triggering. The aim of this is to support with navigating tricky situations with our children and young people, communicate clearly and teach them strategies to cope with everyday challenges like tests and exams.
Our monthly meet ups support Mums/Mother Figures to learn more about emotional wellbeing for children and young people. The sessions also provide a space for fellow Mums/Mother Figures to connect and share experiences and advice.
Refreshments will be provided.
Please note your child must be attending a Havering school to be able to join.
This event is intended for Mums and Mother Figures only, however we welcome Mother's who need to bring a baby under 3 Months old.
Location: Hornchurch Fire Station RM11 1SH (When you arrive, please come to the side door near the library)
