This session provides parents/carers and children the opportunity to undertake a range of gentle movements and mindful moments together.
About this Event

Come and enjoy Mindful lead Yoga Sessions with Caroline@Meraki Reconnect, in the grand Billiard Room at Preston Park Museum and Grounds.

Aimed at between 2 and 5 years of age and their grown-ups.

This creates a fun and nurturing environment that fosters bonding, imagination through playful poses, improving physical health and flexibility while strengthening connections with one another.

Please book a ticket/s for your child/children only. We have enough space to accommodate 1 adult attending with a child.

This event is free however you will need to pay museum admission if you don’t already have a valid ticket. Don’t forget to bring your ticket with you (we do not accept photocopies, bank statements or pictures from a phone).

If you don’t have a museum ticket, you can buy one on the day from our Welcome Desk. All of our tickets give you unlimited visits for a year and under 3s are free.
