Mindful Movement - Yoga + Pilates at Mission Bay Park
Come join for an all-levels flow of Yoga + Pilates practice led by Yann Artero (RYT-200).
Enjoy the relaxing and rejuvenating ambiance of Mission Bay Park's beautiful De Anza Cove. This outdoor class is perfect for anyone looking to unwind, stretch/strengthen, connect with nature, and revitalize mind, body, and spirit.
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, this class is suitable for all levels.
No prior yoga experience is necessary—this flow is designed for everyone.
Donation:
suggested $10-20

What to bring:
mat and/or towel, water, comfortable clothing for movement. Sun protection (hat/sunscreen etc.)
When and Where:
Class will start around 10 am on the lawn overlooking the water past the gazebo near the bathrooms. Recommended parking in lot next to RV resort and Golf Course.

Waiver:
All participants must complete a liability waiver to take part in the class, thank you.
(No need to sign again if you have signed before.)
Dog Policy:
As much as we love our fur friends, to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone dogs are not permitted for this session.
