A 2-hour Mindful Movement taster session combining breath, awareness, play, and expressive movement.The session is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, release tension, and move with more freedom and presence - whether you’re new to mindful practices or already familiar with movement, yoga, or dance.
We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and a short guided meditation to regulate the nervous system and arrive in the body. From there, we’ll explore gentle mobility, animal-style movement for strength and longevity, and playful partner games that build awareness, coordination, and connection.
The session will also include guided explorative dance - a chance to move intuitively to music, without choreography or pressure - and will close with group reflection and simple insights you can take into daily life.
No dance experience needed. All movements are adaptable, non-performative, and guided in a supportive, relaxed space.
