While her focus is now on yoga, including studies in pre and post-natal, restorative and trauma-informed approaches, her background in pilates, barre and training in teaching TRX, circuit and stretch classes gives her a breath of knowledge in the movement space that complement her tertiary study of nutrition, public and population health, and anatomy.
