You’re invited to explore the relationship between movement and breath 🫁How can our breath help us gain body awareness, mental focus, and energy before a workout? And how can we use mindfulness and breath techniques to stay present and rejuvenate our muscles after a run?
Join us for a Mindful Movement session at The Conduit.
When: Saturday, 2nd of November, from 10 am to 12 pm.
Program and what’s included:
• Introduction to breath techniques for physical activity and body awareness, followed by a warm-up in the studio
• Mindful running session (4-5 km, slow pace with stops) 🏃♂️
• Cool down with breathing exercises and stretching in the studio 🧘♂️
• Breakfast & coffee ☕️
