The Philosophy: Yoga That Fits You

Yoga instructions can often be ambiguous or even dangerous. Cues like "square your hips" or "pull your shoulders down" often go against the natural state of your body. I believe the yoga pose should fit your body, rather than forcing your body to fit the pose.

In this journey, you will be guided to:

  • Listen deeply to your body’s unique wisdom.
  • Connect your breathing, spirit, and physical self.
  • Heal internally to grow externally.
  • Find joy in the still moments of a busy life.


Why 4 Sessions? Consistency is the language of the nervous system. A one-off class is a nice stretch, but practicing once a week for a month allows your body to move out of "Fight or Flight" and into a state of sustained recovery. By committing to four sessions, you are retraining your brain to find a focus and calm that lasts long after you leave the mat.
