About this Event
Marie Asbury (RYT500) of Soaring Soul Wellness will be creating our soundscape for the evening with 432Hz 7-chakra crystal singing bowls, hand pan, tongue drum, Koshi chimes, rainsticks, her beautiful voice and more! As Marie weaves her intricate fabric of sound, Wendy Andersen (eRYT 500, YACEP and founder of Shine) will guide you deep into your inner landscape with a centering mediation and chakra clearing and her unique blend of yoga, qigong, breathwork and mindful movement. As we move, these sacred frequencies will travel through our bodies and minds, attuning us to the space around us and within us. We will conclude our evening with an extended savasana sound bath from Marie and will leave feeling relaxed and more at peace on our bodies and in our lives.
This movement practice will be gentle and relaxing and accessible to everyone. But there will also be some long holds (yin style) and the opportunity to go in deep. If you have limitations or restrictions, we will help you modify, so that we can all get just what we need, just as we are.
