This collaboration series, is designed to keep the cp:yoga community moving and introduce other incredible community leaders and friends in fitness to the beautiful space at The Square.

This is your chance to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with your body. Mintyce's classes guide you through controlled, low-impact exercises designed to build core strength, improve posture, and enhance flexibility. With a focus on breath awareness and purposeful transitions, each session becomes a moving meditation; inviting calm, clarity, and deeper body awareness.
