Mindful Movement – Hafan yr Afon
Mindful Movement is a gentle but powerful practice designed to help you reconnect with your body, breath and nervous system.
Through slow, controlled movements, breathwork and simple mobility exercises, you’ll learn how to release tension, improve posture and restore natural movement patterns.
This session blends elements of mobility training, nervous system regulation and old-time physical culture methods to help you move with greater ease and resilience.
Each class focuses on:
• improving mobility and joint health
• calming and strengthening the nervous system
• increasing body awareness and balance
• releasing tension in the spine, hips and shoulders
• building a stronger connection between breath and movement
The movements are simple, accessible and suitable for all levels.
You’ll leave the session feeling looser, lighter and more energised, with tools you can use in everyday life.
