About this Event
Celebrate Mental Health Month by joining our Mindful Movement yoga sessions every Tuesday during October. This program is designed for all ages and abilities with modifiable activities for seniors and those with limited mobility.
These classes will focus on gentle strengthening and stretching, movements to develop core strength to help prevent falls, and relaxation with a short Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Therapy to nurture both body and mind.
Our instructor will tailor each class to accommodate your individual needs and physical conditions, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Please ensure you state any conditions on your registration form so modifications can be tailored to your needs.
Take a step towards enhancing your mental and physical wellness during mental Health Month!
