Mindful Movement Kids™ Yoga Club is a joyful weekly class where children build confidence, emotional regulation, and body awareness through yoga, mindfulness, and movement games designed just for kids.
Led by licensed teacher and mindfulness educator Tara Willits, this supportive small-group experience helps children feel calm, connected, and confident.
Each class includes:
✨ playful yoga movement
✨ mindfulness and breathing tools
✨ cooperative partner activities
✨ calming relaxation time
✨ confidence-building reflection moments
Children learn while moving, exploring, and having fun.
