Looking for a positive after-school activity for your child in White Bear Lake this spring?The Mindful Movement Kids Yoga Club is a joyful after-school program designed to help children build confidence, calm, and connection through movement and mindfulness.
This welcoming club gives kids a chance to stretch, move, play, and relax after the school day while learning simple tools that support emotional wellbeing.
Each class blends:

✨ mindful movement games
✨ breathing and relaxation tools
