Learn movement, simple pain relief techniques, and breath tools to manage labor pain and prepare your body for birth.
Please wear clothing you can move in and bring a yoga ball if you have one. Yoga mats will be provided though you may bring your own. Please avoid eating 30 minutes before class.
Children are welcome to attend though child care will not be provided. If you are bringing your child/children, please get a ticket for them as well.
