Life after Birth: Postpartum Prep & Planning

Get ready for this life transition with an overview of what you may experience in the days and weeks after giving birth during the postpartum period. This class will provide expectant parents with a general overview of topics:

• What a mother/birthing person may experience physically and mentally after birth, along with tips and tricks to make this time period a little smoother.
• What fathers and partners may experience during the postpartum period, along with ways they can bond with baby and support the mother/birthing person.
• An overview of newborn development, physical changes, and behaviors. Tips will be provided for understanding and tending to a newborn’s needs.

Children are welcome to attend but child care will not be provided. If bringing any children, please get a ticket for them as well.
