About this Event
Mindful Movement: Finding Balance is a 60-minute session co-hosted by Emanuela Silvestri, Certified Personal Trainer & Doula, and Silvia Talamonti, Counsellor, MSc, RCC.
This session combines gentle, low-impact movement with mindful reflection and grounding techniques to support body awareness, emotional balance, and stress management. Participants will practice safe, accessible exercises, guided breathing, and optional group reflection in a professional, welcoming environment.
This class is suitable for anyone interested in enhancing mind–body awareness and overall well-being, no prior experience required.
