Join us for Mindful Movement at Bok Tower, because movement feels better when shared, and growth is more meaningful when experienced together.

Spend your morning with a grounding yoga flow from 10:00–11:00 AM among the blooms—a chance to awaken your body, calm your mind, and nurture yourself. Then lace up for a refreshing group walk from 11:00 AM–12:00 PM, our version of a mindful, energizing hot girl walk, strolling through the gardens and soaking in nature’s calm while connecting with supportive women.

Your ticket includes one coffee and one bakery item of your choice from Blue Palmetto Café, to be enjoyed at a time that flows naturally with the morning’s activities.
