Explore how movement and exercise can feel and look when we slow things down and focus on the movement itself. This class is about moving with intension not intensity. Accessible for all levels and abilities. Sometimes we just want to move our bodies without "going hard", this space will provide opportunity to learn ways to exercise and get moving in a more gentle and mindful way and expand your wellness tools.We will meet upstairs in the yoga room on Feb 10th, 17th, and 24th.
This event is for individuals who are 18 years or older.
