Join JenMarie Landig and Amy Thai for a special workshop that invites you to explore the air element through the aerial hammock—no experience needed!
Through mindful movement and a floating sound bath, we’ll embody the qualities of air: rising, soaring, reverie, and lightness. This experience encourages release—of tension, of gravity, of limits—opening space for deep relaxation and infinite possibility.
The journey includes a body scan meditation, gentle guided movement, personal reflection time, and an extended sound bath. The sound bath will be followed by group conversation and integration supported by marshmallow root tea. Each participant will receive a complimentary essential oil roller as a gift of grounding to take home.
