Mindful Mornings - Sound Bath with Naadiya

Join us for the Mindful Mornings series at Lexington Market, held every second Saturday in the Baltimore Room. These serene sessions are designed to bring tranquility to your weekends.

This month's sound bath will included a symphony of crystal singing bowls led by Naadiya!

We have extra yoga mats and props to borrow at the space :)
