• Classes are suited for practitioners of all levels.
• Please wear strechable and non-restrictive clothing for each class.
• Yoga mats will be provided for this event, do bring your own towel and water bottle.
• 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Yeo Boon Khim Mind Science Centre in support of its programmes and services.
• Present your email confirmation at the respective location mentioned above to register. Registration opens 15 mins before class commences.
