
The award-winning Chef Massimiliano Prete of Sestogusto in Torino (Turin) – will be making a special three-night-only appearance at Singapore’s Number 1 pizzeria La Bottega Enoteca this April to captivate diners with his leavening expertise and dough dexterity.
The exclusive Massimiliano Prete pop-up will be held from 1 to 3 April 2025 at La Bottega Enoteca at the special invitation of La Bottega’s Chef Antonio Miscellaneo. Using the time-honoured ingredients of water flour and yeast Chef Massimiliano has created a curated degustation menu of 8 pizza courses and a dessert priced at $158++ per person each course featuring a different style of crust crowned with one of his unique combinations of ingredients. Only two seatings are available each evening at 6pm and at 8.30pm.
