Led by a certified instructor with years of experience, this gentle class guides you through slow, intentional movement designed to release tension, awaken the body, and clear the mind. The focus is on stretching, breath, and mindful movement that helps you feel grounded and ready for the day ahead.
No experience is necessary and there’s no pressure to perform or keep up. This is a welcoming space to move at your own pace, reconnect with your body, and begin the morning with intention.
