Join us every Monday evening for a gentle, grounding space to begin your week with intention. Mindful Mondays is a small, therapist-led gathering for women who want to reconnect with themselves and others through mindfulness, sound, and shared presence.

Each week includes a combination of:
🕯 Guided meditation or breathwork to help you unwind and return to your body
🎶 Sound healing to restore calm and balance
🪷 Journaling & reflection prompts for self-awareness and clarity
🫖 Tea, conversation, and connection with other like-minded women

This is your weekly invitation to pause, reflect, and connect, away from the noise of the week.
