We will explore short meditative readings, mindful breathing, stretching and slow flow asana practice to release tension, tightness and stress in the body, mind and spirit, allowing ourselves to experience how mindfulness feels in our body, mind and spirit as we move and breathe with intention for peace, self acceptance, awareness and joyful energyThe last class of 6-week series ends with a 20-minute Sound Bath during a yummy extended Savasana.
