The crystal sound bowls, Himalayan Bowls and other vibrational instruments will help soothe your nervous system, release stress and tension, and nourish the mind, body and spirit. This will take place at a gorgeous retreat center where you can hear the birds sing, view rolling hills, and soak up nature.
