About this Event
This meditation course is open to all community members including Church Health patients and staff, is led by professors at Rhodes College in Memphis.
Given the numerous benefits of mindfulness—such as reducing anxiety, lowering blood pressure, and improving overall mental health—this course will provide a valuable resource to individuals seeking alternative ways to manage stress and improve their well-being.
This class is a sustainable ways to deepen your mindfulness practice. It will serve as an additional resource alongside your preventative health strategies and treatment plans created by your doctors, enhancing your overall well-being.
