About this Event
Coming towards the end of the year we can feel the effects of a busy few months, sometimes resulting in burn out, fatigue and brain fog. Not always having time to ourselves, or to reflect, can add to pouring from an empty cup.
Take a moment to unwind and check in with yourself with a heat building Pilates session, relaxing and restoring yin yoga practice, followed by a gorgeous brunch provided by Hazel house and finishing with a beautiful mindfulness workshop to close the day.
