For our eighth Mindful Moments experience, Amani Health is hosting an intimate evening of journaling, reflection and honest conversation guided by Jody Unrau of Embrace Your Reflection.
This isn't about fixing yourself. It's about coming home to who you already are.
About Jody Jody Unrau is a educator, coach, speaker, and the heart behind Embrace Your Reflection, a platform built around self-worth, positive body image, and mental health. She brings two decades of lived experience and a rare ability to make a room feel safe enough to be honest. Under her guidance, this becomes less of an event and more of a turning point.
What to expect The evening moves through gentle check-ins, guided journaling prompts, and open conversation, both in small moments of self-reflection and as a group. Together we'll explore the real you: your strengths, your weaknesses, your relationship with perfectionism, and the quiet question most of us avoid -why not you? Jody will guide you through reconnecting with yourself, setting goals that actually mean something, and stepping outside the comfort zone that's been keeping you small.
Everything is provided clipboards, prompts, and a warm, music-filled space. You just bring yourself.
A Letter to Yourself Before the night ends, you'll write a letter to your future self. We'll seal it with wax, and three months from now, it arrives in your mailbox, a quiet reminder of who you were tonight and how far you've come.
