For our fourth Mindful Moments experience, Amani Health is bringing you something different, a live sound bath guided by two gifted artists, Tasha and Stedroy, held in the warmth of The Third Place Winnipeg.
What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where live instruments like crystal bowls and hand pan wash over you, guiding your nervous system into a deep state of rest. No prior experience needed. You simply arrive, lie down, and let the sound do the work.
What to expect:
Doors open at 11:00 AM. The experience begins at 11:20. Before and after the session, we'll be serving a locally sourced tea from Heyru Tea - a moment to settle in, connect, and carry the calm with you on your way out.
Plan to leave feeling quieter, lighter, and more grounded than when you walked in.
