We all hear the messages about exercise, diet, sleep and eliminating stress but how do we make it happen? Life is busy; we are running all day in different directions. We often feel tired and overwhelmed and continue to say we are going to add health and wellness practices to our to-do list. Time passes and we remain in the same place often feeling worse about ourself. Balancing life is always a challenge. Join Val and Carey for a mindful mix and mingle to hear options for mini practices that can begin to rebalance the scale of feeling overwhelmed to feeling vital again. Gain consistency over quantity that will help reestablish a rhythm and take the first step on a wellness path.
The experience will include a greeting and introductions and a practical experience giving you a takeaway to begin incorporating mindful mini moments into daily life. We are so excited and looking forward to meeting you Tuesday evening or Thursday morning the first week in March.

Val Parker, RDN, MS in nutrition, RYT500, Ayurvedic Health Counselor owner and instructor at True Nature Wellness.
She has been studying all avenues of wellness including personal training, nutritional counseling for over 25 years and is passionate about helping others find their personal path on their wellness journey. βLife is a practice of small consistent choices that make a difference in overall wellness and vitalityβ.

Sharing the transformational power of yoga with others is a passion of mine, my intention being to help others build familiarity and confidence with a tool kit of self-care and mind-body-breath modalities they can practice anywhere, anytime. Wellness to me means having a daily practice, and having grace for myself as that practice changes over time, and touching nature every day!
