We'll start the class with a refreshing run/walk along the scenic Beltline, incorporating challenging Pilates sequences every quarter-mile to keep your heart pumping and your muscles working. Afterward, we'll conclude with a relaxing stretch and meditation session to restore balance and calm the mind. We'll stay inside if its too cool.
