Mindful Metamorphosis Wellness Workshop

This Wellness Workshop will activate you through every stage of these “flying jewels” as taught by our Jewell; learn to move into the “goop” of your transition, excavate the gems from the mud, find your voice AND your wings, then learn how to take flight, lite bite breakfast and healthy, organic lunch included, fresh brewed Cacao Tea, straight from our 500 cacao teas in our new and old growth forest, with natural honey straight from our 30 bee hive apiary.

Be the butterfly and embark on a new transformation! This consciousness metamorphosis wellness workshop will support you to “find your wings” through a Deep Dive Development process based on neuroscience, Nature, mindfulness, spoken word, journaling and dancing.

Just like the Butterfly which begins as an egg, we humans have several “Growth Stages” we go through. Yet few of us have clear, consistent and powerful practices that support how to move from “the mud” of our difficult moments of transition and toward what lies inside of us yet does not have wings.

• Let It Go Practice: A Writing Ritual that is deeply meaningful way to work with water and keep what’s needing to be released moving through you and not sticking to you
  
• Walk It Off: a Silent Solo Wander through the Woods to help you leave it behind
  
• The Cocoon: A spoken didactic practice of “I am aware,” that addresses the discomfort of being “in the goop” through being witnessed by dadirri (active listening) with a partner. There will be no fixing and no recommendations. Only pure space holding & honoring of the partners experience
  
• Resting In Peace: A Yoga Nidra rest to allow your mind, body & spirit to digest what’s present
  
• Feed Your Body: Lunch that’s healthy with microgreens, juice, living food, water & mindful eating practices
  
• Sound to Soothe: A post-lunch practice to calm and center oneself
  
• Change My Story: A practice to help visualize your goals and create a mental image that guides your future actions and learn to choose differently
  
• FutureCast: A practice to privately plan and help visualize your goals to create a mental image that guides your future actions
  
• Speak What You Seek: A vocalized practice to speak your aspirations into the world and help them manifest in reality
  
• Dance It Alive: Conclude the day with a vibrant closing ritual that will put you in the positive mindset needed to move forward in life.
