What's a Mindful Meetup? Mindful Meetups are about connecting in community & nature and the goal is always to create a safe space for holding space. come as you are and find a sense of community. open heart & open mind required.
What's a latte walk? This mindful meetup includes a seasonal latte and a walk/mindfulness session. The latte flavor rotates weekly so check instagram from updates (@sloan.waeco). First you'll get your latte then we'll go for a walk (some weeks we may do a walking meditation or a wellness Q&A too!)
Where do we meet? We meet in Ault Park, near the pavilion. Look for the pop up latte bar and WaeCo Wellness signage, you can also check instagram the day of the event for specifics & updates.
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes you can walk in. You may want a notebook or water as well. Always check the weather so you can dress accordingly or wear layers.
