- Procedure: We walk quietly and consciously to a place where I will give a seated guided meditation.
- What to bring: Please bring a seat cushion or pad and water. You don't need any hiking equipment, just come dressed comfortably. A scarf or something else to protect against mosquitoes.

- Background information: Meditation helps us access the superconscious mind beyond our daily unconscious, busy thoughts. It opens us to our higher mind from which we can receive clear guidance, inner knowing, emotional support, new ideas and inspiration. After meditating in nature, we feel energized and in tune with our true divine self. We feel more confident, carefree and focused. Walking meditation in particular can help us achieve a meditative, calm and peaceful state even in our daily activities. The mix of walking and sitting meditation deepens our practice and helps us slow down into deeper states of relaxation and stillness. Meditation in nature is wonderful relaxation and wellness for body, mind and soul. It soothes and revitalizes; and it is the body's natural medicine.
