This May, it’s time to move, breathe, and shine! Invite your pre-teen or teen to a yoga adventure that blends energizing movement, mindfulness, and the joyful company of our resident cats. This isn’t just yoga—it’s a fun, uplifting experience that awakens the body, sharpens the mind, and lifts the spirit. No previous yoga experience required.
Guided by a certified instructor, participants will flow through playful poses that boost focus and energy, then settle into a calming guided meditation. After class, they’ll enjoy 30 minutes of free time to cuddle, play, and connect with our adoptable kitties—because May is the perfect month to embrace growth, action, and a little extra joy. 🐾🌼
