This sound bath session will be led by Taylor Lehn, a certified life coach and sound healer from Black Raven Coaching who will use a set of 7 quartz crystal singing bowls to create a peaceful and meditative atmosphere. You'll be able to unwind and let go of any stress or tension as the soothing sounds wash over you. In this session, we will be using the frequencies of the crystal bowls to amplify intentions and desires, guiding you to align thoughts, feelings, and actions with your highest aspirations.
