About this Event
A gathering with intentions of connection and eco healing in Chicago’s urban nature sanctuary. A pause to restore from the stress of everyday life in a covid catious space. During this time we will mindfully explore with our senses - listening during a mindful silent walk, learning about the plants and land, and ending with a small circle ritual of acknowledgment and healing.
This is a covid cautious event that centers on community care. We ask that you wear high quality masks (Kn95 or N95). Allow space outside for each other (always ask before touching). Please do not show up if you have any symptoms of illness or have been around others who are symptomatic.
