Join us for year 5 of our Mindful Kids Summer Camps!Through mindfulness activities, yoga, guided meditation, creative arts & crafts, nature walks, games, storytelling, and community kindness projects, kids learn practical self-regulation techniques in a fun, judgment-free environment where they can truly be themselves.
SCHEDULE:
📍 Morning Session: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Led by Kelly)
📍 Afternoon Session: 12:30 PM - 3:30 PM (Led by Bonnie)
📍 Full Day Option: 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
WHO THIS CAMP IS FOR:
Ages 5-11 (Kindergarten through 5th grade)
Kids who:

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT:
Led by kids yoga instructors trained in trauma-informed practices and nervous system regulation, this camp is for everyone and build life-long skills. We've been creating this safe, inclusive space for 5 years because we know kids need more than just activities - they need tools for life.
PRICING:
💰 $275 per session, M-F
💰 $500 for full day, M-F
💰 Register for each 'session' (9-12 or 12:30-3:30)
💰 Full-day discount ($50 off)- Code sent after first reg
💰 Sibling incentives for parents (10% back in credit)
