This Valentine’s season, let’s gather to celebrate the most important kind of love—self-love. Join the Worktribe & Oak + Pine community for Mindful Hearts, a family-friendly event designed to nurture mindfulness, creativity, and connection.

Together, we’ll turn inward with a brief mindfulness activity to center ourselves, then dive into crafting heartfelt ornaments—either in felt or paper—to symbolize the love we cultivate for ourselves and share with others. This is a potluck-style gathering, so bring a dish to share as we connect and build our community in a meaningful way.

Kids are welcome, and materials for the craft will be provided. Come as you are and leave with a renewed sense of connection, a handmade keepsake, and tools to carry self-love and mindfulness into your daily life.
